History

Harding
Contracting, Inc. was established in May of 1993 by Nathan
Harding, when Nathan graduated from Mid-America Nazarene University.
Nathan's brother, Jeff joined the company in 1994. Having
finished his degree in business administration from Southern
Nazarene University, Jeff is currently the Project Manager/Superintendent
for Harding Contracting. In 1998, the company built an office
in De Soto, Kansas where the company grew and added a second
component to the company, Egress
Express. In order to better serve the needs of customers
and to accommodate the two growing businesses, HCI and Egress
Express moved to a commercial location in the northeast area
of I35 and Santa Fe in the spring of 2006. Today, you can
visit the showroom and office at 320 N. Winchester in Olathe
to begin your plans for beautifying and customizing your home
to fit your lifestyle. Harding Contracting Inc. handles remodeling
projects from kitchen, bathrooms, and basements to major renovations
and additions. HCI also specializes in custom-built homes
to fit your unique style and needs. Whatever your dreams for
changing your living space, we can make it a reality for you
today! We also offer financing options, if needed.
